WHAT IS A GICLEE?

A Giclee Print offer the highest quality of fine art reproductions available on the market today. No other format comes close to this process of digital printmaking. Giclee produces a higher resolution than Lithographs, resulting in deeper contrast and brilliant vibrancy, and a richer saturation that Serigraphy. Millions of droplets of ink, invisible to the eye, reproduces an exact copy of an original work of art, producing museum quality fine art prints. In fact, Giclee is so refined, that many museums and art galleries around the world have employed such sophistication. The Louvre in Paris. The British Museum. The New York Metropolitan Museum. The San Fransisco Museum of Art. The Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art,
are to name a few.

I employ only the best for my Giclee images. Acid free canvases and a multi-purpose (Endurachrome) ink that unites the brilliance and color gamut of dye ink. This in turn, provides extended UV durability against fading. In addition, a top coat fade resisting liquid laminate. Fade resistency is estimated at 125 years.
All Giclees are stretched. As Limited Editions, they are personally made for you, each hand-signed and numbered by the artist, together with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Canvas images vary in size, though approximate around 36" x 40"
All images are hand embellished with an acrylic gel for a brush stroke effect, then coated with a UV glossy varnish for fade resistency and durability. Each are then hand-signed by the artist.
